We’re seeking for a Medical Office Assistant to assist us in running our medical office properly. This person will be in charge of everything from answering phones and scheduling appointments to dealing with insurance paperwork and coding medical information. Medical Office Assistant Duties:

Requirements And Skills:

  1. 2+ years of demonstrated experience in an allied health or medical office setting is required.
  2. Outstanding communication and customer service abilities

  4. Working familiarity of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required.
  5. Outstanding organizational abilities
  6. Knowledge of electronic medical records
