JOB ANNOUNCEMENT Training Coordinator – EACOP EITS Contractor REFER/REF: 1066-ADVT-GFS-TZ-TRN-Training Coordinator. EITS (Electrical Instrumentation and Telecommunication Systems) contractor in the EACOP project, requires the service of a Training Coordinator.
Job Description:
The Applicant will be responsible for implementing, planning, managing and coordinating training and capacity building workshops in accordance with the contractual requirements of the EITS Contractor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and manage relevant training programs according to the contractual requirements of the EITS Contractor. Planning, managing and providing training
- Develop a general and individual training program that will manage the requirements and expectations of the EITS contract
- Implement various training plans and methods according to the agreement
Read:
- Monitor and evaluate training program effectiveness, success, and ROI on a regular basis and provide reports.
- Manage the training budget
- Maintain good practice and understanding of training, development and best practices
- Maintaining and developing good relations with Training Stakeholders: EITS Staff, EACOP Company, Partners of
- EITS (including Subcontractors), Educational Institutions (Universities, Colleges, Institutes etc.), EITS Contractor Training and Capacity Building Team.
- Communicate with customer representatives and other internal stakeholders.
Applicant Qualifications:
- We are looking for an employee with the following experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree (Or higher) in Education, Business Management, Community Development or equivalent degree/ equivalent discipline from a Recognized and approved University.
- Must have at least 3 years of experience as a Training Manager or Coordinator
- He should have good communication and leadership skills.
- Track records, design and implement successful training programs
- Using traditional and modern training methods (in counseling, coaching, on-the-job training or classroom training, online training, workshops, lectures, etc.)
- Experience in the management of large amounts of data including record keeping, analysis, report preparation, presentation and reporting.
- Must be able to plan, multi-task effectively and focus on time
- Be able to write and maintain records such as reports and training manuals
- Must have good computer skills, especially Microsoft programs (WORD, EXCEL, POWERPOINT, etc.) as well as data storage
- Be able to speak English and Kiswahili fluently
- Have a valid driver’s license
- Must have a high level of integrity and professionalism to work independently Experience in the Oil and Gas Industry or Engineering is an added advantage.
