- NOC Skill development (training) and network re -engineering
- Customer engagements and project active KPI delivery
- Project support / Add on services (NOC revenue)
- Capacity expansion , Service provisioning and . Re-Planning implementation
- Managed Services report (Technical )
- APM Spot check and
- KPI delivery with customer (Reconciliation active
- Customer Complaints and RF Optimization Support
Service Module Position
Responsibility Skill Requirement
Skill set:Wireless Fixed network product >L1 Knowledge:Managed service operation, wireless fixed network product/TX/Core, human resource management
- Support and resolve within 60 Mins active
- Reduce network problems to < .05% per region per month
- Change and configuration management effectiveness of 99.5%
- Network resilency and functional redundancies > 99% 5. Customer satisfaction and appraisal per quater and minimal customer complains
- Resource training development and efficiency
