Job Function: To ensure effective and efficient planning, organizing, coordinating and participating in the day-to-day running of garage and vehicle maintenance and repair establishments.

Principal Activities:
- Consults with customer to collect information on vehicle history, problem with the vehicle, and/or known maintenance or repairs required
- Estimate costs and time required for repair or maintenance of the vehicle.
- Plan, organize and coordinate the day-to-day running of the garage, e.g. by writing work orders and by arranging for garage staff to perform necessary maintenance and repair work on vehicles.
- Repair, maintain and service vehicles and their mechanical and electronic components.
- Ensure that necessary spare parts, materials and equipment are available or obtainable at short notice.
- Check the activities in the garage, inspect completed work for compliance with safety and other statutory regulations, and make sure defects are repaired or adjusted.
- Maintain records of repair and service work, and make reports to detect recurrent faults.
- Assign to test drives vehicle to confirm proper operation, that repairs have been made properly, and that problems have been resolved.
- Make sure the vehicle is returned to the owner in a clean and decent state. Staff recruitment
- Managing company’s social networks such as Instagram ,WhatsApp and Facebook .
- Practice customer care.
- Manage operations works and deliver all report on time.
Knowledge and experience required for the job
- Bachelor Degree in Business/ IT/ Automobile industry or Insurance Ø Excellent MS Word and Excel skills.
- Fluent in English and Swahili.
- Good management skills.
- Graduate or One year qualification experience in Business/IT/Automobile industry or Insurance.
