Key Responsibilities will include:
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting with inquiries, guiding product selection, and professionally addressing concerns.
- Actively engage customers to promote products and services, skillfully employing upselling and cross-selling techniques.
- Take proactive measures to meet or exceed sales targets, identifying and capitalizing on sales opportunities.
- Cultivate and maintain positive customer relationships, promptly addressing feedback and resolving issues.
- Collaborate seamlessly with teams, offer valuable insights for sales strategies, and adhere rigorously to company policies.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- 1+ year previous sales experience, preferably in electronics, home appliances & FMCGs.
- Proficiency in sales techniques and strategies.
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build relationships with clients.
- Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
