The Director of Dar es Salaam City Council announces the availability of contract employment for the following positions
i. CONSTRUCTION ENGINEER (PROJECT MANAGEMENT MANAGER): POSITION (1) Applicant’s qualifications:
- Be a citizen of Tanzania with an age not exceeding 45 years
- He should have Education starting from Form Four/Six
- Have a Degree/Diploma in Engineering from a College recognized by the Government and registered with the Registration Boards of the relevant field
- Must have at least five years of experience in construction and project management

2. QUANTITY SURVEYOR POSITION (1)
Applicant Qualifications:
- Be a Tanzanian Citizen with an age not exceeding 45 years
- He should have Education starting from Form four/six
- Have a Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Engineering from a College recognized by the Government and registered by the Registration Boards of the relevant fields
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collecting information and statistics about various projects regarding the prices of Building Materials in the country and abroad
- Through various project proposals
Applications must be accompanied by:
- Copy of Form Four/SiIa Certificate
- Copy of birth certificate
- Copies of professional certificates —Degree/Higher Degree
- 2 photos (Passport Size)
