Four Seasons Serengeti is an iconic, world-class luxury safari lodge nestled in the stunning landscapes of Tanzania’s Serengeti National Park. The Lodge features breathtaking views of the vast plains, exceptional wildlife encounters, and unparalleled guest experiences, which have become hallmarks for the quintessential safari adventure.
Four Seasons Safari Lodge Serengeti is delighted to announce the opportunity of apprenticeship program.
PURPOSE OF THE PROGRAM
The program has been designed to help our young generations to gain knowledge, skills, and behaviors so they can improve their competency in an occupational role.
DETAILS OF THE PROGRAM
- A one-year program beginning in January 2024
The program will take place at Four Seasons Safari Lodge Serengeti and the successful selected candidates will be staying on the Lodge premises.
- The Lodge will cover transport, accommodation and all cost related to the program (Candidates will not be charged for attending the program)
- The apprenticeship program will cover the following roles:
o Housekeeping, Laundry, Kitchen, Restaurant and Stewarding.
SELECTION CRITERIA
- Form four certificates.
- Aged between 18-21 years.
- Good communication skills.

It is essential to attach your education certificate, a copy of birth certificate and/or a copy of your National Identity card to the email together with the application by 5th of November 2023. Selected candidates will be invited for an interview session in Arusha in November.
