MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR
INDUSTRY: MANUFACTURING
LOCATION: PWANI
HR World on behalf of our reputable client we’re looking for a Maintenance Supervisor who will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair operations in a manufacturing facility that produces HDPE pipes.

RESPONSIBILITIES;
•Hires and manages maintenance workers.
•Supervises maintenance workers and contractors.
•Organizes and leads maintenance trainings.
•Sets the shift schedule and assignments.
•Develops maintenance policies and procedures.
•Orders tools, supplies, and equipment.
•Responds to maintenance requests.
•Makes sure projects stay on schedule.
•Leads safety inspections at worksites.
•Evaluates worksites to determine necessary maintenance work.
•Escalates issues to management and recommends solutions.
•Ensures the team follows all company policies and procedures.
•Makes sure the team adheres to Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA)
REQUIREMENT;
•A bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, industrial maintenance, or a related field is typically preferred.
•Relevant certifications and technical training are beneficial.
•Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing environment, with a track record of leadership and supervision.
•Knowledge of maintenance management software and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
