Job Title Tele-Investigator (1 Post)

Tele-Investigator Job Summary

A Tele Investigator carries out investigations on the phone to detect fraud, mitigate fraud and risk and ensure operational process is adhered to.

Job Responsibilities:

Read:

  • Identify and assess operational risk, fraud risk and credit risk
  • Identify potential fraudulent behavior from historical data
  • Analyze and cross match data to identify new scenarios and methods of potential fraud.
  • Be responsible for approved loan survey and questionnaire.
  • Conduct fraud investigations over the Telephone.
  • Review loan application process from origination to disbursement including sales agents conduct and involvement in the loan process.
  • Determine and assess customers willingness for repayment.
  • Verify all inputted data either by the customer or sales agent
  • Solve existing fraud cases by applying logical and dynamic investigative skills

Tele-Investigator Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years experience in the same role
  • Having Analytical Skills, Customer Service-related skills, Investigative skills and capability to reason at the highest level
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to details
  • Proficient with Microsoft Suite or related software
Job Title Trainer (3 Post)

Job summary:

A Trainer helps company to develop skilled, knowledgeable workforce that can meet key business objectives. Trainer lead in on boarding for new employees, train employees on new technologies, policies and procedures. Evaluates training programs and materials as well as trainee performance. Facilitates and delivers internal learning solutions and develops in-house training programs as assigned.

Trainer Job responsibilities

  • Responsible for making and timely updating training materials.
  • Familiar with the business of the business department in charge.
  • Responsible for the preparation of various business training materials of the department.
  • Responsible for the preparation of training materials for new staff training, lowperformance staff training, excellent staff experience sharing and group leader management skills improvement training.
  • Responsible for updating all training materials of the department every two months or as required.
  • Responsible for the training effect, especially the performance improvement of low-performing employees before and after the training.
  • Responsible for following up and organizing the improvement of all the improvement items proposed by relevant personnel for QC training.
  • Responsible for making monthly reports to summarize problems and improvement methods in the training.

Trainer Job Requirement

  • A degree in Human Resources Management, Education or Training.
  • Prior experience of at least 2 years as a trainer or a similar position.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to identify gaps in skills.
  • Knowledge of various teaching methods and approaches.

  Investigation Officer Job Summary

Selected candidate shall be responsible for planning, organizing and managing investigations of alleged misconduct or alleged violations of Company’s internal policies and ensuring best practices.

Investigation Officer Job Responsibilities

  • Handling and supervision of internal investigations of all reported and suspected fraud incidences, misconduct, policy/procedure breaches and timely issuance of reports for management use either for internal or external actions in addressing root courses, control enhancements and for likely litigation actions.
  • Liaising and working with law enforcement agencies, professional and commercial organizations in this field of expertise.
  • Developing training & fraud awareness programmes, workshops, brochures and material for fraud sensitization to employees on Company’s policy on fraud.
  • Develop initiatives to prevent, detect, investigate and respond to fraud related incidences within the Company.

Investigation Officer Job Requirement:

  • Bachelor graduated in social science, Law, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Criminology or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience with investigatory procedures and practice.
  • Experienced in dealing with the police and know how to handle the process involved in reporting a crime.
  • Have a clear and explicit idea about the steps of case investigation and how to carry out.
  • Computer MS office skills required
  • Ability to read, write and speak both English and Swahili
Job Title Training Supervisor (2 Post)

Training Supervisor Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the quality management of the work of trainers and training QC.
  • Responsible for the timely preparation of weekly training progress and next week’s training plan documents.
  • Responsible for regularly organizing and updating the training documents of all departments in East African countries.
  • Responsible for the irregular training of trainers and training QC.
  • Responsible for the smooth implementation of all training in the weekly training plan.
  • Responsible for monitoring the quality of each training in all sectors of the East African countries.
  • Responsible for the management of the asset arrangement of the training management team.
  • Timely completion of other tasks assigned by leaders.

Training Supervisor Job Requirement

  • A degree in Human Resources Management, Education or Training.
