Galco Ltd is a subsidiary company under GSM Group of companies with a robust fleet of over 700 trucks. We provide transport services across East, Southern and Central Africa.
The Role: We are looking for a confident, highly organised and experienced executive Personal Assistant who has previous experience in a similar role to provide administrative support to the General Manager.
- Effective management of all matters relating to the day to day running of the GM’s Office. Effective time and diary management of the General Manager including but are not limited to organising appointments, taking meeting notes, making travel arrangements, and providing any other assistance required by the management
- Organise meetings and ensure that all logistical requirements are in place.
- Undertakes tasks to ensure a high level of administrative support is provided to the GM and Exco members when required.
Job Related Knowledge Required:
- •Ability to always act with the highest levels of integrity.
- Possesses strong analytical skills enabling complex issues to be rapidly understood and a range of potential solutions to be developed.
- Strong attention to details
- Diary management skills
- Excellent organization skills
- Conversant with all Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication skills in both oral and written
- Bachelor of Secretarial Studies and Office Administration or related qualification At least 3 years’ experience in executive secretarial work
