The Ministry of Health through the Permit of the Office of the President, Public Service Management and Good Governance with Ref. And. FA.97/128/01/” B”/75 dated May 4, 2023 and Ref. And FA.97/128/01″B”/78 dated August 9, 2023; It announces 289 Health Cadre vacancies as follows:-
Guidelines for Consideration of Applicants
- Selected applicants will be assigned to work in areas with a severe shortage of Healthcare experts, and there will be no change of center once they get the position. Those areas are as follows; Regional Referral Hospitals; (1) Strike; (2) Cloves; (3) Sumbawanga; (4) Songwe; (5) Buffalo; (6) Rumble; (7) Mtwara; (8) Lindi; (9) I am not; (10) Geita; (11) Shinyanga; (12) Tabora; (13) Singida; (14) Plunder; and (15) Times; Regional Hospitals, Chato and Mtwara, Kibong’oto Infectious Diseases Hospital and Health Colleges. Therefore, applicants should be ready to be assigned in the areas specified above.
- Applicants who will not be willing to go to the places mentioned above are advised not to apply.
- Those who are studying are not allowed to apply for these employment opportunities.
- The applicant will have to choose three areas in which he would like to be assigned a job if he is selected.
- Applicants interested in teaching at Health Colleges should specify the time of application in the system along with the letter of application.
- Copies of all certificates must be certified by the Court or Attorney.
General characteristics for the Applicant:
- Be a citizen of Tanzania.
- He should be at least 18 years old and not more than 45 years old.
- He should not be a Government Employee or an Employee of Religious Organization Hospitals whose salary is paid by the Government.
- An applicant who has been employed by the Government and obtained a check number, will be required to follow the procedure for requesting permission to return to the Public Service and continue using the Check Number after leaving the job as specified in Circular No. CCB.228/271/01 dated August 7, 2012.
- The applicant should have qualifications and skills according to the Service Development Circular No. 1 of 2009 regarding cadres under the Ministry of Health as specified above.

All applications must be accompanied by;-
- Copy of birth certificate.
- Copy of the Fourth and/or Sixth Form certificate or Diploma depending on the Cadre of the Applicant. For those who have studied abroad or foreign curricula, attach a certificate of accreditation from the Tanzania Examination Council (NECTA).
- Copy of Professional Certificates (Certificates and Transcripts). In addition, those who have studied in universities abroad, attach the Certificate of Accreditation from TCU.
- Biography (C.V).
- A copy of the registration certificate and active license of the relevant profession (Full Registration & Valid Licence).
- Copy of Internship certificate
- One small (passport size) photo should be entered in the system.
- Copy of citizenship ID (NIDA)/NIDA Identification Number.
- If your names differ in your certificates as well as the birth certificate and NIDA, make sure you submit the oath of names (Deed Poll) from the Registrar of Oaths and registered with the Registrar of Deeds, Ministry of Land and Housing Development.

The time to send these applications is within two weeks from the date of publication of this Advertisement. All applications should be submitted through the Ministry’s employment system available through the website ajira.moh.go.tz.
