Sales department team in Mwanza, Dodoma and Dar Es Salaam Offices.

Requirements:
- Minimum DEGREE in Marketing, Business Administration, Human Resources and any business related Course.
- Must be customer oriented.
- Have a focus in sales and marketing.
- Must be at least 25 years of age.
- Good MS Excel and Word Skills.
- Knowledge in accounting packages will be added advantage.
- Female candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
- Experience from a company dealing with building materials, general merchandise and hardware business.
- Be a target oriented person.
Job Description:
- Manage customer sales expectations.
- Calling all customers attended by the company on a daily basis to assess their difficulties
& customer service experience. - Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales and customer satisfaction and reconciliation report.
- Make sure all customers are satisfied and offer after sales customer service.
- Advice management on any sales, marketing and customer service issues.
- Reconcile all that has been actually purchased by customer from company and all that has been received at customer end.
- Any duty that might be assigned by company to under carry
