BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT CONSULTANT
ASTUTE INSURANCE

JOB LOCATION: DAR ES SALAAM
As the BD, you will be tasked with developing and implementing strategic initiatives to attract new clients, enhance existing relationships, and increase revenue.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, and industry stakeholders.
- Develop and present proposals to potential clients, showcasing the company’s value proposition.
- Provide leadership in innovation and solution development.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree/Diploma in Insurance, Business, Marketing or a related.
- 2-3 years of experience working with insurance agencies or brokerage will be an added advantage.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
