Position Summary

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us expand our clientele. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Be in charge of digital ad sales, meeting and exceeding sales objectives.
  2. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with advertisers, ad agencies, and major partners to drive sales growth, and investigate innovative channel business models to gain long-term channel benefits.
  3. Follow and identify major digital advertising industry developments, and change digital advertising development tactics accordingly.
  4. Gather market data in accordance with HQ’s instructions.
  5. Look for sponsors and ads for offline Boomplay music events.
  6. Investigating new business potential in the music industry
  7. Identifying sales prospects and pitching our services to current and prospective clients
  8. Planning, preparing, and delivering client presentations
  9. Maintain positive working relationships with both old and new clients.
  10. Communicating product developments to potential customers
  11. Setting organizational goals and developing business and revenue growth plans.
  12. New target market initiatives are being researched, planned, and implemented.
  13. Attend conferences, seminars, and industry events as needed.
  14. Setting seating targets for the business development team and devising tactics to achieve those goals.
  15. Following up on leads and pushing them through the sales cycle
  16. Understanding our clients’ demands and being able to respond effectively with a plan on how to meet their needs
  17. Monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales forecasting and analysis
  18. Performance measurements are monitored and analyzed, and suggestions for improvements are made.
  19. Creating and upgrading proposals to attract new and existing clients
  20. Creating and maintaining strong working connections with company stakeholders and customers.
  21. Analyzing customer feedback data to see if customers are happy with the company’s products and services.
  22. Providing information about product development and competitive positioning
  23. Financial data analysis and development of effective methods to cut business costs and boost corporate earnings.
  24. Meeting with prospective investors to present the company’s offerings and negotiate commercial arrangements.
  25. Improving business functions to better match with primary business goals

Qualifications

  1. 3+ years of previous experience in ad agency, business-to-business digital ad sales experience or related field.
  2. Must hold at Least a bachelor’s degree in business administration or Marketing.
  3. Master’s degree is an added advantage

  10. Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build consensus.
  11. Fluency in English is required.
  12. Self-motivated with ability to work independently under pressure.
  13. Understand comprehensive marketing and Influencers marketing are added value
  14. Love music, be passionate for sales job
  15. Candidate must demonstrate self-confidence, love networking, and enjoy presenting and public speaking
