Position: Head of Customer service

Currently, we are in search of a head of customer service to work in our company in Tanzania
JOB DESCRIPTION
Role and Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day customer service operations management
- Maintaining consumer satisfaction
- Providing an excellent customer experience
- Establishes solid bonds while serving as a conduit between the customer and the corporate office.
- Creates and implements departmental training programs.
- Works with other departments to achieve corporate objectives.
- Metrics from the customer service department are collected and analyzed.
- Conducts subordinate performance evaluations
- In charge of quarterly meetings with department leaders.
- Performs related duties as needed

Minimum qualifications:
- Customer Service Management and Customer Service Competencies
- Analytical skills required to evaluate and monitor consumer data, market trends, and feedback
- Excellent organizational abilities, including the ability to prioritize and delegate duties
- A dedication to client pleasure and experience
- Excellent English and Swahili verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in the FinTech industry is preferred.
