JOB TITLE: Production Attendants (5)
REPORTING TO: Line Supervisor
JOB PURPOSE
To participate and contribute to different authorized aspects of the meat processing operations.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in the operation of meat processing production lines, performing tasks such as sorting, trimming, and packaging.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure the efficient and smooth flow of production.
- Participate in cleaning and sanitation activities within the production area and ensure workstations and equipment’s are clean and sanitized according to hygiene standards.
- Follow proper handling and safety protocols to prevent damage or contamination of all products.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Report any safety concerns, incidents, or equipment malfunctions promptly.
- Participate in training sessions on safety procedures, quality control measures, and other relevant topics.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues to address any challenges or bottlenecks.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Certificate in production courses or any equivalent production matters.
- Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is a plus.
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
