INTRODUCTIONS: We are seeking an experienced School Secretary to join our team at Gili Schools in order to improve our daily administrative operations and ensure the smooth functioning of the school community.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Female gender.
- Minimum education level should be diploma.
- Three (3) years of experience in similar role.
- Possesses excellent computer skills and knowledge of word processing programs, spreadsheet program and email.
- Capable of handling confidential student records in a responsible fashion.
- Communicates clearly and effectively in English.
- Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills.
- Maintaining professional and friendly demeanor.
- Possesses excellent organizational skills.
- Demonstrated strong writing and editing abilities.
- Is capable of managing time efficiently.
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task effectively
