Are you a seasoned professional with a passion for warehouse management and logistics? DKT International Tanzania is excited to announce an opening for the position of Warehouse Manager. We are seeking a dedicated individual to lead our warehouse operations, ensuring optimal stock management, efficient product releases, and the overall maintenance of our warehouse facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Stock Management:
- Implement robust stock control measures to ensure accuracy.
- Conduct regular stock counts and audits.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize stock levels.
Logistics and Deliveries:
- Coordinate and arrange timely deliveries to meet customer and organizational needs.
- Streamline delivery processes for efficiency.
- Address delivery-related challenges promptly.
Warehouse Maintenance:
- Maintain the warehouse in a clean, organized, and safe condition.
- Optimize space utilization and oversee equipment maintenance.
- Foster a culture of safety and adherence to best practices.
Proactive Documentation and Registrations:
- Stay abreast of regulatory requirements and ensure compliance.
- Handle all necessary registrations and documentation proactively.
- Uphold ethical business practices and standards.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in warehouse management.
