- Eight years of mechanical maintenance and repair, with at least a year of supervision.
- Competent with computers, SAP, and MS Office.
- Requires experience supervising maintenance in the cement or related industries.
- Strong debugging abilities.
- Self-motivated when organizing tasks.
- Capabilities to solve problems effectively.
- Strong comprehension of the need for preventive maintenance.
