Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets for both existing and new customers, promoting various banking products and services.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments for all customers to determine suitable products.
- Actively promote alternative delivery channels to clients, such as internet banking and insurance products.
- Proactively pursue potential new customers referred from various sources and offer tailored financial solutions.
- Increase product penetration among existing customers by identifying cross-selling opportunities and recommending new products.
- Conduct financial planning for customers to enhance their wealth.
- Monitor credit and investment utilization, resolving any issues promptly.
- Manage banking relationships for high net worth customers, including senior political figures and business leaders.
- Regularly visit customers and organize social events to foster long-term relationships.
- Manage customer relationships across all levels and integrate all interactions between the bank and the client.
- Compile monthly reports on sales progress and customer visits, presenting them to the Head of Affluent.
- Monitor operational delivery to ensure customer requirements are met and report any failures.
- Handle customer complaints and queries efficiently, providing timely responses.
- Ensure compliance with processes, control requirements, and risk management frameworks.
- Participate in audits and reviews, providing necessary information to auditors.
- Monitor team members’ compliance training and ensure completion within specified timelines.
- Review portfolio from a compliance perspective, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date.
- Drive customer engagement activities in branches and motivate requests for additional resources when needed.
- Understand the business unit’s strategy and communicate it effectively to team members.
- Monitor and achieve performance objectives in terms of customer experience, cost performance, risk, and compliance.
- Conduct statistical analysis to track performance variances and recommend productivity enhancements.
- Coach staff on new processes or areas for improvement.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Branch Manager.
- Prepare various reports and business proposals for management approval.

Education and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years of banking experience, preferably in a branch setting.
