How to get a Birth Certificate

To get a Birth Certificate you must have the following items;

  • Letter of identification from the Executive Officer of the Ward or Village or
  • Clinic card or
  • Baptism certificate or
  • Certificate of Completion of Primary or Secondary Education (leaving certificate)
  • Other documents that confirm the date, month and year when the child was born and the place where he was born
  • One passport photo (passport size)

PROCEDURE FOR OBTAINING A BIRTH CERTIFICATE

1: Generation registration within 90 days

3: Enrolling the generation that was delayed for more than 10 years

  • Complete and submit the Generation Registration Form, B3 (to be completed by the parent or guardian).
  • Paste the photo of the child (passport size) whose offspring has been requested to be registered.
