Bulyanhulu Gold Mine is seeking to recruit a Facilities and Services Officer to join and grow our team.

Responsibilities:
- Verify that the contractor’s services and the quality of the meals they offer are up to par.
- ensuring that the kitchen, dining area, and sleeping quarters are constantly clean.
- administration of the lodging system and daily occupancy visibility assurance.
- Ensure the upkeep of the gardens and housekeeping in the vicinity of the camp offices and recreation areas.
- ensuring that the kitchen, restrooms, and accommodations receive routine upkeep in a timely and proper manner.
- offering top-notch services and making ensuring that hotel rooms are distributed appropriately.
- Make sure the Contractor under Facilities & Services provides employees with suitable and efficient transportation.
- Verify that all workers and contractors are adhering to the flight booking system.
- All clients of the Mine receive efficient, timely arrangements for their hotel stays and transfers.
- Assure all guests and consultants of their compliance with immigration laws.
- Take the lead in ensuring that the contractor’s staff members in the Facilities & Service Section follow the rules regarding environmental, health, and safety.
- Accurately and promptly prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Set up monthly scorecard meetings with contractors that provide facilities and services.
- Recognize, report, and/or address any harmful behaviors, circumstances, or dangers at work.
- Make that cost optimization and efficient management of the Facilities & Services budget are in place.
- Assure the efficient and safe completion of allotted responsibilities.
- Assure adherence to safety and environmental regulations in all relevant domains.
Qualification Requirements:
- Diploma in Business Administration/Hotel Management or equivalent.
- Proficient in Microsoft office
Experience and Skills Requirements:
