JOB TITTLE SALES FORCE EXECUTIVE
Job Purpose To drive Insurance sales to achieve company’s revenue growth.
 Position Sales Force Executive

Location Dar es Salaam

Duration: 1 year (Renewable subject to performance)

Main Responsibilities

  • Acquire new customers by appointment, referral solicitation or door to door canvas in the assigned cluster.
  • Drive Insurance sales objective of the company through day to day customer visits and selling products and services to new and existing customers, while deepening existing customer relationships and maintain operational excellence within the appropriate service standards.
  • Achieve set KPI’S for both new businesses and renewal businesses

Read:

  • Strictly adhere to regulatory laws and standards.
  • Keep clients interest uppermost while rendering prompt and sincere services to them and their dependents.
  • Follow up on service queries for members and ensure resolution within 24 hours
  • Safe keeping working and marketing materials
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues regarding Insurance and escalating them to proper channels
  • Guide customers on Claim procedure for different products     Any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

  • Must be a Tanzanian holder of at least a Certificate of Secondary Education Examinations (CSEE) or its equivalents
    1. Two years’ experience of sales, tele communication will add advantage.
    1. Must have certificate of Proficiency (COP) in Insurance or a holder of Certificate or Diploma or Degree in insurance and risk management from a recognized institution of higher learning
    • For the purpose of (i),(ii), &(iii) following must have A Certified Copies of academic and professional certificates, Sworn Declaration of good character, solvency and nonconviction in criminal offences, Two passport size photographs, National Identification Card and introduction letter from local government.

Knowledge and Skills

I. Knowledge of different kinds of Insurance products and its functions II. Sales skills

  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Ability to work in different working environment
  • Team player
